Jokes Up Opens New Ice Kream in California

The Bay Area weed collective Jokes Up just opened the doors to its very own Ice Kream shop in Studio City, California. The store serves as a headquarters for the national Jokes Up stable of brand-strain collaborations, and its grand opening in June marked a big debut for strains such as Yung LB’s new solo strain DNA. The man who put the world onto Runtz also launched a bunch of other Jokes Up strains at the event, including the new Pwincess Cutt.

The Ice Kream launch is an example of the bigger Jokes Up movement, which empowers legacy cannabis operators with a platform for success in the legal market. Yung LB’s fame as a strain star helped propel the popularity of the Runtz brand, and now he’s using his influence to open dispensaries across the country that serve Jokes Up products and provide a legitimate path from street to shelf for brands like Sharklato in Atlanta, Real 1 in Miami, and Styles P and Steph V’s GUMBO empire in New York ice kream dispensary.

Jokes Up’s new store features a mix of original and licensed flavors to suit the tastes of its diverse audience. It also serves as a showcase for the brand’s high-quality strains and edibles, which are among the best in the California marketplace. The newest flavors available in the Ice Kream lineup include White Frostiez, Kush Kool Whip, Kandy Lane, Dream, Slime Pop, Gumbo, and more.

One of the most unique features of the new Jokes Up Ice Kream is a mini-dispensary inside. The store’s staff will be trained to assist customers with selecting the right strain for their needs and answer any questions they might have. They’ll also be able to help with product pairings and suggest ways to enhance the experience with Jokes Up products.

Yung LB cut the store’s opening ribbon decked out in a ganja-green jacket, and his lady and business partner Queen Pee stood by to help customers navigate the selection of flavors and strains. The Ice Kream shop will be open seven days a week and offer delivery services in the local area.

The ice cream shop is the latest addition to the Jokes Up Plaza, which features a clothing store, car wash, Benihibachi restaurant, and more. The plaza recently celebrated its one-year anniversary, and the Ice Kream dispensary was added in June to capitalize on LA’s growing legal cannabis market.

The new Ice Kream location is one of over 50 nationwide Jokes Up locations. It joins the company’s flagship shop in San Francisco and a few other stores in Los Angeles and Nevada. The other locations are primarily distribution centers that sell the brand’s premium strains and products to dispensaries throughout the state. The Jokes Up team is focusing on expanding the distribution of its brands into the Midwest, Texas, and other states where marijuana legalization has taken hold. The brand is also working on a few other major projects to grow its influence in the cannabis industry.
